Paris Hilton has just been sentenced to 45 days in prison for driving while intoxicated.
Her lawyer announced that Paris Hilton wanted to appeal.
Calling the probation violation “flagrant”, Los Angeles City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo will ask the magistrate to sentence Paris Hilton to 45 days in prison.
If Judge Sauer meets Mr. Delgadillo’s demands, the young woman will also have to wear an electronic device for 90 days that will verify that she is not consuming alcohol.
