Avaya launches VoIp phone

The American company Avaya launches its VoIp telephone switchboard .
Intended for VSEs and SMEs with less than 20 employees, this tool will allow you to benefit from a standard and autonomous configuration.
The terminal is based on “P2P” (pair-to-pair) technology, without an intermediate server. Connected to the network, the sets work immediately, in SIP (Session Initiation Protocol *) mode and will thus discover each other. Installed for the first time on the LAN (local network), the telephone configures itself; all the software is on the station. To personalize it, however, a management interface is available on the web, via a simple computer connected to the network.
The product will be available at prices ranging from 300 to 470 €.
